- Obtained a defense verdict for an anesthesiologist in a case alleging permanent nerve damage from the use of a spinal anesthetic.
- Obtained a defense verdict for an infectious disease physician in a death case alleging failure to timely diagnose and treat a shoulder infection.
- Successfully enforced several arbitration agreements on behalf of long term care facilities.
