Kristen Blanford's practice is devoted to defending premises liability and malpractice claims filed against professionals and organizations in the retail, construction, insurance and real estate industries. She handles errors and omission claims for large and small insurance brokerages; represents wholesale and retail organizations; represents construction firms, contractors and manufacturers; and represents religious-based institutions in many capacities. |

- Settled million dollar demand of a design/premises case for .03% of the total resolution amount.
- Handled fast-food restaurant class action and resolved all claims and wrongful death allegation for a minimal amount.
- Favorably resolved a multi-million dollar default judgment against a third party administrator and subsequent bad faith suit for significantly less than the cost of defense.
- Obtained many defense verdicts, for insurer, in low-impact collisions, where the Plaintiff's alleged damages were fraudulently high and Defendant’s liability certain.
- Represented insurance broker in professional liability claim and settled for less than cost of defense.
- Defended homebuilder's construction company against homeowner's frivolous construction defect suit and obtained summary judgment.
- Mediated to resolution an independent school district's construction defect suit against subcontractor.
