- Defense judgment in a worker's compensation “bad faith” case involving allegations of delayed and denied benefits.
- Defense judgment in favor of the insurer against a policyholder seeking millions of dollars in coverage under multiple years of lost policies.
- Summary Judgment in favor of the insurer in a large environmental property damage coverage lawsuit based on the “occurrence” requirement and on the “sudden and accidental” pollution exclusion involving multiple policy years.
