Representative Experience
  • Defense verdict of a foundation failure case against an insurance company for “bad faith” adjustment of a total loss to a 16 building multi-residential commercial complex.
  • Acted as National Coordinating Counsel for a large commercial and residential property insurer on “bad faith” adjustment and property coverage issues.
  • Defense judgment in a worker's compensation “bad faith” case involving allegations of delayed and denied benefits.
  • Defense judgment in favor of the insurer against a policyholder seeking millions of dollars in coverage under multiple years of lost policies.
  • Summary Judgment in favor of the insurer in a large environmental property damage coverage lawsuit based on the “occurrence” requirement and on the “sudden and accidental” pollution exclusion involving multiple policy years.
  • Summary Judgment in favor of agents against errors and omissions claims.
