Anthony Lowenberg's practice is devoted primarily to general litigation, including commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, professional liability, and products liability.

Representative Experience
  • Experience in defending professionals, including directors and officers, architects, engineers, consultants and attorneys in malpractice, fraud and breach of contract actions.
  • Experience in defending and prosecuting breach of contract disputes, including disputes concerning sales commissions, commercial and residential real estate transactions, equipment leases, and consulting agreements.
  • Extensive experience defending corporations for product liability claims from plaintiffs claiming personal injuries and property damage. Types of products include industrial equipment for use in manufacturing plants, chemical products, food products, circuit breakers, and household appliances. Two-plus years experience as lead defense counsel with 10-15 clients (out of about 50 total defendants) in chemical products liability action brought by four plaintiffs, all employees of paint manufacturing facility.
  • Experience in defending and prosecuting claims under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
  • Experience defending premises liability claims against plaintiffs claiming personal injuries and property damages. Clients have included hotels, restaurants, catering operations and construction companies. Caseload also includes defense of personal injury suits brought by plaintiffs injured in automobile accidents.
  • Has additional experience drafting pleadings filed in business/commercial and personal injury cases pending in the federal District Court of the United States Virgin Islands and the Territorial Court of the United States Virgin Islands.
